Finding God

 Have you witnessed the presence of God this week? Some of you may have noticed him in awesome acts of divine presence and action. Others of you may have noticed God in the wonder of God’s creation. Some of you may have seen God in the ways the Lord has provided for you when you were at your lowest. Still others may have experienced the presence of God in quiet, silent moments. God shows up in a variety of ways. Elijah experienced God’s presence in all the ways and more (1 Kings 19:1-15). My prayer for you us that in this coming week, you do too. The presence of the Lord is all around us, sometimes we simply need the awareness to know that Our Creator, Emmanual (God with Us), and the Holy Spirit are near. Be aware this week and you will see God in many different spaces and ways. In fact, count and list the ways that you experience God today and you will find that God is more present that we realized.
